Personal and professional account suspended

Hello,

my personal and professional Facebook accounts are suspended. Furthermore, Facebook withdrew 200 euros from my professional account for advertisements that were ongoing but the amount was a maximum of 70 euros, so there's a problem. I can't do anything despite my requests; nothing is moving. Moreover, here is the message that appears when I try to log in.

Your account has been suspended because your associated Instagram account nhatruc472 does not comply with our rules.

Please log in to your associated Instagram account to appeal our decision.

You may have the right to contest our decision in the courts of your country, or to submit our decision to an accredited dispute resolution body.

I do not have an Instagram account, so I do not understand what could have happened. I'm totally confused. Additionally, Facebook asked me for an identity document which I sent, and since then, nothing. Have I been hacked or is it really Facebook doing this? Can I hope to regain my Facebook accounts? Thank you for your responses; my professional account is very important to me.

    Hello,

    You need to check with Facebook support.

    There is nothing we can do here if Facebook has suspended your account and if Facebook does not respond to your request.

    Only Facebook can lift the ban in question, but generally speaking, the ban is permanent.

    We are not able to restore your Facebook account here on CCM.

        The support, you've already used it!

        As for the support, you've already used it with the submission of your ID and the other recovery attempts you've made (that's what Facebook support is for…).

        Support is actually the assistance provided on Facebook's site for the various issues encountered on Facebook.

    Hello, I had the same problem today and I can't even send the exam form because it asks me to log into my account which is suspended, unbelievable!!
