Hello,

I’ve had my PC for a little over 3 years and it has always worked perfectly, but just now I turned it on and there’s a “boot failure detected” (see photo). I don’t understand how it could happen overnight like this. I don't know how to fix my problem and I need help! Thank you in advance.

Hello,

The principle, if not the nature of a malfunction, regardless of the equipment (car, television, phone, etc.), is that it often occurs unexpectedly.

The causes can be multiple and require software and physical tests (electrical contacts) that repair technicians or experienced users know and explore.

The advantage of computers is that they produce alerts and error messages that help to identify the problem, but not necessarily to know the cause, especially for second-hand equipment or items used for several years, depending on their reliability.

It may therefore be necessary for you to change your hard drive and reinstall Windows, if the software procedures are not sufficient.

If you do not have a basic understanding of the concepts mentioned, it is better to consult specialists, for example from your retailer.

One can learn after a sufficient time spent exploring and testing the Q&A of a forum.
