PC stuck after touching the BIOS

Hello,

I have a very old XP PC, I wanted to format it by going into the BIOS, I changed something, and now it's impossible to restart normally, it asks me to return to the BIOS menu

Does anyone have an idea on how to restore the BIOS to default?

    Hi

    You can't format anything from the BIOS; it's not meant for that.

    Enter the BIOS and save without doing anything before exiting. If that’s not enough, you’ll need to do a "Load Optimized Defaults," which can also be found in the BIOS.
