Hello,
On Windows 10. This morning, launching Facebook and Gmail went without a problem.
However, when trying to launch AOL mail, a "blank" page opens but nothing appears except for a message:
upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: connection termination
Can you tell me what this means and what I should do to restore it..?
Thank you in advance and best regards
Krichon

Hello!

The error message you are encountering generally means there is a connection issue between your computer and the AOL server. This could be due to various problems such as a poor internet connection, an issue with your browser, or a problem on AOL's servers.
Here’s what you can do to try to resolve the problem:
1. Check your internet connection: make sure you have a stable internet connection. You can try connecting to another website to see if the problem lies with your connection.
2. Clear your browser's cookies and cache: sometimes, the cookies and cache in your browser can cause issues when connecting to certain sites. You can try clearing this data to resolve the problem.
3. Update your browser: if you're using an outdated browser, this may also cause connection issues. Make sure your browser is up to date.
4. Reset your AOL password: if this issue continues, you might try resetting your AOL password. This could help fix the problem.
5. Contact AOL technical support: if the problem persists, it’s possible that the issue is on their end. Contact AOL technical support for further assistance.
