Hello Company!

I haven't received any "photos or videos" for about 2 months.

I'm getting a banner: storage backup problem????

I don't understand!

So I deleted a lot, thinking I was doing the right thing;

but in fact, I'm very afraid that it won't help at all, since there was still plenty of storage space!

    Can you specify the model?... It works with a memory card (microSD) like this one..

    Check what its capacity is?

    Thank you very much for all these tips

    1. It's good to have a backup PDF; I'll download it of course!
    2. I know I can replace the memory card if necessary, as long as I know where to get it
    3. I suppose it's also possible to use "the old full cards", to transfer them to a computer or to run them again
    4. Or, as a last option, to delete photos that are no longer of interest, and regain space in this case, without having to buy a new card
