Hi, same issue as you, solved! It's about the Weight Watcher digital subscription... you signed up for a promotional subscription for a few months and then it automatically converts to a subscription at €26.9 per month (for me), it's noted in the terms and conditions... a nice scam in complete legality then!! No need to tell you that canceling is mission impossible... the links don't work. Good luck!
Hi
__We found a company in France, information from Le Figaro:
https://entreprises.lefigaro.fr/fr-digital-78/entreprise-901995308
__Wikipedia mentions it, if it's indeed the same:
"France Digitale, created in 2012, is a French association and lobby."
https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/France_digitale
__We found a website, again if it corresponds:
Business consulting, training...
https://fr.frdigital.fr/
__Check with your bank if they have more details about the credit card withdrawal, if it corresponds.
Hello,
This is a new feature for the new year, a "legally sound scam".
If these terms are stated in the general terms and conditions, there is by definition no scam (unless one were to question a system as flimsy as all the others, but that's another matter).
The cancellation conditions are also stipulated in paragraph 10, which can only be exercised on the anniversary date of the commitment (for example, one year) and can also be done by phone.
