Excel: Highlight text if present in another sheet

Hello,

As part of tracking my diet, I started an Excel file that looks like this:

_A first sheet titled MENU which includes the title of my recipe and the details of the ingredients divided into 3 categories (starch, protein, vegetable).

_A second one titled ALIMENTS that lists all the foods according to the categories of the first sheet but in the form of 1 cell = 1 food item.

Question: is there a way to automatically bold the text (or color the cell) in my ALIMENTS sheet if its name has been entered in my MENU sheet? For example, Potatoes, Carrots, and Green Beans as shown below.

This will save us from having to create it ourselves again...
