How to recover your hacked account.

Knowing that the Instagram help site does not provide accurate information:

- it asks you to log in to Instagram to solve the problem, but when you have been hacked, you can no longer log in to Instagram because the hacker has changed the initial phone number and email address.

Moreover, messages to ***@*** do not work.
