Norauto NS 12AT + KDX341BT no sound issue

Hello,

I recently bought a subwoofer. I connected it perfectly so:

RCA ok

Remote ok

Power ok

Ground and + connected correctly

The subwoofer turns on, etc., but I don't get any sound from it and the subwoofer works just fine; I tested it on a friend's car.

There is no reason for it not to work and the cables are brand new.

Does anyone have a solution please?

    It seems that everything is fine with the subwoofer since it works with another car. The problem might come from your car radio or its settings. Make sure that the car radio is properly configured to output sound to the subwoofer through the RCA jacks. Sometimes, there may be settings on the head unit that send sound only to the car's internal speakers. Also check if your Kenwood kdx341bt car radio has an option like "subwoofer on/off" in the audio settings, and if so, ensure it is set to "on." If you can't find the problem, don't hesitate to consult a car audio professional.
