No sound from Bluetooth headphones

Hello,

I have Qilive Q.1556 bluetooth headphones and for the past few days, when I connect them to my phone (Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S), no sound comes out but I can still control the phone (I can change the music, pause, etc.).

I connected my headphones to other devices (my PC and a friend's phone) and the sound works perfectly. Then I connected my headset to my phone and the sound works very well too.

I have tried a lot of other things, like restarting my phone, unpairing them, etc., but nothing works.

I don’t know what to do anymore...
