Unable to enter the Bitlocker key

Hello,

My laptop is displaying a Bitlocker screen and is asking for a recovery key.
I have the key (the one from my Microsoft account) but the keyboard only allows me to type numbers and no letters. I therefore seem to be completely stuck.

Is there anyone who can help me?
