"Incorrect username" Office

Hello,

I changed my computer and I wanted to log in with my Office account. I entered my email, but an error message appears saying:

"This username might be incorrect. Please make sure you entered it correctly. If not, contact your administrator."

I went to my search engine and successfully logged into Office with the same email address. However, it still doesn’t work on Word or any other Office application on the desktop.

What should I do?
