Hello,

I logged into Instagram and it says:

Enter the 6-digit login code from an authentication app.

But I don't have a code.

What should I do?

go directly to the "Security key and authentication app" section

you need an app like Google Authenticator, then link your Instagram account to it.

When you requested two-factor authentication on Instagram, did you choose to use an authentication app (like Google Authenticator or Duo Mobile) or did you opt to receive a text message with a login code?
