The remote control is not responding anymore.

Hello,

We have a SERVIMAT Armis II in our camper van.

Everything has always worked well, but now the remote control does nothing.

Batteries replaced (new), and the remote control does not respond. It's impossible to get it to do anything.

Do you have any leads?
