Event 19, WHEA Logger

Hello,
When I check the event viewer, I have a lot of warning messages (see the screenshot below).

I am on Windows 10 Pro which is up to date.
The drivers for my graphics card are also up to date.
The processor is an AMD Ryzen 7 5700X and the installed chipset is the latest.
I have not noticed any failures on the computer, no BSOD, no freezes, it turns on and off normally, does not restart by itself, there was just a crash with a game a few days ago and it hasn't happened again since (the game is known to cause crashes from time to time).
No critical errors to report either.
Should I be worried or not, even though I already am to be honest.
On several forums I have browsed that discuss the issue, some say to ignore these warnings and others on the contrary say to take them into consideration and remedy them, but without offering any concrete solutions, except for those who have already had blue screen errors, which is not my case.
So, is there a solution to this problem or should I, as some suggest, not pay much attention to it?
Thank you.

A hello, a response, a thank you are always appreciated.
Hello bazfile,
I didn't quite understand your message, I don't have the same type of error at all and I don't have a Lenovo device.
I'm on a desktop PC, but thanks anyway.
