GPU compatible not available on Illustrator

Hello, I've been having an issue recently with Illustrator, which is very, very slow on certain files. There's always a delay for display, so I tried going to Edit>Preferences>Performance to manage the GPU performance, but the boxes are greyed out and it says "Compatible GPU not available." I then went into my computer's graphic settings and enabled high performance for Adobe Illustrator 2023, but nothing changes; the GPU performance boxes remain inaccessible. I have an AMD RADEON graphics card and my computer is an ASUS VivoBook S15. Can anyone help me please?

    Hello.

    I have an AMD RADEON

That doesn’t provide the exact model of your graphics card.

    See Illustrator/kb/gpu-performance.

Graphic display is one thing, but there is also the calculation time. Illustrator is a vector-based software that interprets the data from the file to display it.
If the file is complex, this can take time.
I have already had SVG files from LibreCAD that took over 4 minutes before they started displaying... and the same thing happens if we need to move the display.
