How to recover an old facebook account?

Hello everyone, please I have a concern.

I have an old Facebook account that I would like to recover. In fact, I have forgotten the account details (email address, phone number, and password).

I would like to know if it is possible to recover it. If so, by what means?

    Sorry, but if you don't have access to the email linked to the account to retrieve the password, it will probably be impossible to recover it. It is your responsibility to ensure that the settings (email, phone, etc.) for your account are up to date or updated with any changes. And not just on Facebook, this applies to all sites where you may have an account.

    Are there any pictures of you on this account (pictures where you are recognizable)? And is the name, date of birth, associated with this account your true identity?
