Hello,

I want to delete the contacts saved on the SIM card of my REDMI 8. After selecting the SIM card in the contacts app, then all the contacts and clicking on the trash can followed by delete, I receive the error message "error while saving contacts."

Note 1: these contacts also appear on the device, and it is also impossible to delete them.

Note 2: it is also impossible to edit these contacts.

    For your information, the problem has been resolved after the SIM card was changed for free by Bouygues.
