Hello,
My daughter wanted to make me happy by buying me a hybrid tablet model Klipad KL9878A at a garage sale. But despite resetting to factory settings, it asks for the previous owner's code ???? (unfortunately, we don't have the seller's contact information). Even trying to log in with my Google account, it still asks for the old code ????.
So, would a kind soul have a solution please ????, my daughter is really disappointed that I can't use her gift ????.

The only option is to check with the former owner to have them delete their account.

Hello,
The tablet is protected against theft by the FRP (Factory Reset Protection) system.
You will therefore need to find the previous owner so they can unlock the tablet and remove the FRP protection.
For this latter point, you need to enable Developer Mode and go to Settings > Developer Options to activate OEM Unlock.
I won't provide the details (which you can easily find online).
The problem is finding the seller.
Contact the organizer of the garage sale who knows the names of the participants and the locations assigned to them.
