One earbud louder than the other

Hello,

For some time now, the sound coming from my right JBL wave200 TWS earbud is louder than that of the left one... I don't understand why. I tried recharging the earbuds and restarting my phone. There doesn't seem to be any earwax blocking the earpiece, and I don't think I'm deaf in my left ear ???? If you could help me, that would be great!

    Hello.

    Recurring issue, just remove the silicone bud, then gently take off the small grille at the entrance of the earphone and blow inside the earphone. If that doesn't solve the problem, check with JBL customer service as it's impossible for me to tell you more from a distance.
