I have exactly the same problem, I sent my ID card, they added my email address in addition to the hacker's address, and now I receive the same 6-digit code followed by the following message: The digits entered do not match your code. Please try again.

Please, if you have found the correct procedure, could you help me.

    I have the same problem, I receive the 6-digit code followed by the message: The digits entered do not match your code. Please try again. No issues on my phone, Facebook works but not on my PC.

    What should I do?
