CANCELLED message on Alcatel

Hello,

I have a DUO Alcatel cordless phone and both phones display "CANCELLED". When I click on "menu", it asks me for a PIN code. I entered "0000" and it shows "failure". I clicked on Menu for a few seconds and selected the "Pairing" option. It asks for the PIN code again and I entered 0000 again, and it keeps blinking "Wait". I unplugged everything (even the batteries). I waited for about fifteen minutes. When I plugged everything back in, I have the same problem. Does anyone have an idea? Thank you.

Hello,

What model is this Alcatel duo phone?

Note: in the phones there are no batteries... only rechargeable batteries.
Having batteries on a charger risks explosion or even fire...!

It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it's not there...
