EBP printing issue

Hello,

since this morning my printer has not wanted to print, so I don't know what's going on in EBP when I try to print, I get a box saying to enter the accounting codes before printing, something I have never had before. Thank you for your help.

    Is it an EBP or Microsoft error message?
    If it's an EBP message, it is indicated in the title bar of the error message window (same for MS!)

    It resembles the setup in your company of a "copy counter" on your printer to know who is printing and how many copies (generally for budget tracking of a position or a workgroup).

    In my opinion, this is not related to EBP, but rather to your Windows environment, network, etc...: if you try to print from another software (like Word for example), do you have the same behavior?

    Check with your IT manager / sector manager if there has been a planned change, or an intervention that accidentally activated this option.
