Installed 8 months ago: working fine

Since yesterday, the images transmitted from the street unit to the indoor screen are choppy and unreadable, sometimes good, sometimes a black screen, choppy etc ...

Are you aware of the defect?

PS: it is not connected to Wi-Fi, nor to the smartphone, only for triggering the opening/closing of the gate.

Best regards

    Hello,

If you are not connected to Wi-Fi, you are therefore using a wired connection...

Check the tightness of the screws on the cable connecting the outdoor station and the indoor monitor. Given the current times, it's also possible that the outdoor station is exposed to temperatures it doesn't really like.

It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it's not there...

Thank you, yesterday I took apart and pulled on the wires: all good. I will try again tomorrow.

Aside from that, no other leads dear friendly "cillégue." Would you know of any other sites where we can communicate in similar troubleshooting cases? Best regards, Roger
