Lenovo ThinkPad P17 gen2 power button flashes white 3 times

Hello,

My Lenovo ThinkPad P17 Gen 2 won't turn on... When I connect the battery, the power on/off button blinks white 3 times and then nothing...

Have you ever had this problem? What solutions are there?
