Lenovo ThinkPad won't turn on with flashing Power button

Hello everyone
It's been a week since I last used my computer, and today I tried to turn it on, but it won't start and the power button keeps blinking
I've checked several forums, I've charged the battery, and the indicator light is white

I've held the power button for 30 seconds, but nothing happens and it keeps blinking
The novo button doesn't do anything when I press it
Please let me know if you have any solutions

Hello,

did you do this: Unplug the charger, remove the battery and then hold down the power button for about thirty seconds.

Reinsert the battery and try to restart the PC.
