RTX 4080 fan problem

Hello,

I recently bought a PC, but I have a problem. When the card is cold, not all fans spin except one at 3200rpm (the one on the far right).

With MSI Center, MSI Afterburner, Gigabyte Control Center, the fan stays at full speed; nothing helps. I have installed all drivers for the graphics card and motherboard. What should I do? Return the PC?

    Hello

    If a single fan is running, at full speed, without the graphics card being stressed, there is a real problem... The best would indeed be to contact the customer service of the place where the card was purchased.
