Luxya DVR-500 won't turn on

I recently bought a second-hand camcorder, but I can't turn it on. I put in 4 AAA batteries as indicated on it, but when I press the power button, only an orange light blinks and nothing turns on or makes any noise.

Do you have a solution and/or the user manual?
