Saturated sound and TV crackling

Hello,

I just bought a 55-inch UHD Philips television.

When I turn on the PS5 and launch a game or an app, it emits a distorted sound with crackling and buzzing. Even when I lower the volume, the problem persists.

I tried changing the sound settings of the television, but nothing changes.

It didn't do this with my decoder.

Is this normal for a television that was purchased 3 days ago? Is it a compliance issue?
