Hello,

I really need your help if possible. I've been unable to log into my Leboncoin account for more than three months now, and when I choose the 'Forgot password' option and enter my email address, I get an error message: "No account is associated with this email." Yet, when I try to create a new account, I'm told that my phone number is already linked to an account.

And now I really don't know what to do, I'm too stressed about it.

You click on the gray phrase (in small characters to the right of the pop-up) "I don’t have an account or my account is blocked".

And in the form, you explain your problem.
