Hello, for the past few days my screen (MSI optix MAG301CR2) has not been recognized by gaming intelligence. The screen is connected via DP and also via USB B to USB A as gaming intelligence requires. If you have any solutions, I'm all ears.

Thank you in advance.

    Hello

I wasn't familiar with it since I'm not a specialist, but I see a somewhat different description of the cables used in this MSI presentation, and a list of devices "offering the mode":

    https://fr.msi.com/blog/makes-monitor-smarter-and-easier-to-use-gaming-intelligent

It indeed mentions a USB B cable between the PC and the screen upstream, but I don't see a USB A cable?

(except for "downstream") in the manual:

    https://download.msi.com/archive/mnu_exe/monitor/MAG301CR2v1.0_French.pdf

They also offer to perform updates if that could provide a solution.

    Hello

The cable used is a cable provided in the monitor's box, USB B (connected to the monitor) to USB A (connected to the PC); I am talking about the same cable.

The updates offered on the website are impossible to install (no executor once installed and extracted).
