Hello
I have an enormous problem that has been going on for several months: Microsoft has blocked my email account without warning due to "unusual activity on my account."
As a result: I no longer have access to my personal emails.
I'm really struggling!!!
Over 10 years of emails lost and it's impossible to unlock my email account!!!!!
Normally, the procedure is simple: Microsoft sends a code via SMS to verify your identity. Except that: in the meantime, I changed my phone number, so my new number is not associated with my Microsoft account, which means I can't receive a verification code by SMS!!!!
I tried the second option: filling out the verification form.
After filling it out about fifteen times, it's still impossible to recover my account!!!!
I don't know what to do anymore, I'm desperate because I absolutely need to recover my email account where 10 years of my life is stored!!!!!!!
What to do ?????

Only Microsoft can restore your account; without the contact phone number you provided in your profile, I think recovering your account is very compromised.
https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact select the hacked account option.
