Maintenance: issue opening

When I try to use the Maintenance tool on my Sage Compta 100 databases upon opening the "database," I get the error
Unable to Open!
The configuration of your workstation does not allow the opening or conversion to a new version of this file.
I have tried from my workstation and the server, and it's the same.
