Unable to connect to xtream player

I installed Xtream Player and entered the credentials. When I click to connect and receive the channels, a message tells me that there is an internal server error.
What should I do?

Hello, this problem happened to me recently. I couldn't connect on my phone, and every time I selected a series, the episodes wouldn't show up.
