No signal on the horizontal channels

I have a dual output head connected with two receivers; one of them has no signal on the horizontal channels while the other receiver works fine with all the channels. Are there any solutions to resolve this issue?

    Hello

    Swap the connectors on the LNB; if the problem is the same with both receivers, the LNB needs to be replaced.
