Update is not happening

Hello, for about sixty days the Android update on my phone (Wiko Power U10) has not been happening.

I'm on Android Go 11. When I go to the update page in my settings, there is no "update" button; instead, there is simply a bar without a percentage that circulates endlessly.

Do you have any ideas to solve my problem?

Thank you

PS: I can enable USB debugging if needed.

    Hello.

Check this with the WiKo support service.

Hello, it doesn't recognize my IMEI. Is there another way to update it even if it's not official?

If no update is offered to you, it means that WiKo will not update your phone to Android 12. As I told you before, check with WiKo about this.

    Hello everyone!

I had the same problem as you and I managed to get through it!

    Here's how I did it:

    - I accessed recovery mode (power + volume up)

    - Selected "Recovery"

    - At that moment, message "no command". I unlocked it with power + volume up one after the other. (It varies... You might search for a while but you'll find it.)

    - Once in recovery, I did a "mount /system", "wipe data factory reset", and "wipe cache partition"

    - Then after a long time I came across this video: (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SjfYaY9sxKY)

I followed it to the letter and it worked!!! Please subscribe to this channel

Hoping to have been able to help,

    Have a nice day :)

I forgot to mention that the commands in the recovery menu reset the phone.

Be sure to make a backup.

In my case, I couldn't even set up my phone because the update was blocking the Android configuration (since I had reset it beforehand). My method will therefore not allow you to perform this update, but it will prevent you from getting stuck on the Android configuration.
