Hello, I only have one embroidery pattern in my memory (the one I want to embroider) and the message: "insufficient memory space" is displayed. I don't know what to do, especially since I have space! Does anyone know how to help me?

Hello,
Are you sure there is only one pattern in memory?

In the middle of the page, the issue of insufficient memory is addressed.
Normally, the machine offers 1 MB (MegaByte) of memory for patterns… what is the size of yours?

Hello, I'm experiencing the same issue but I can't access the links you've provided.. would you mind redirecting me?
Hello,
Sorry, the links have aged, and I certainly won't be able to find the exact ones.
In general, I invite you to look here:

Insufficient memory (we discuss this in the error message)
Thank you for your feedback!
While sending the message, I thought hard and tried several manipulations..
If it can help some, I finally found the solution!
I have a Brother nv880e and I bought an embroidery pattern in pes format. The insufficient memory message appeared when starting the embroidery.
For the solution: I selected my pattern, and selected the spools (color selection) and I only selected one (like in the original logo) and it worked!
I think that in the initial programming, the color is not predefined and therefore it requires much more memory…I hope I was clear enough ????
Happy stitching everyone!
