Remove date and time from comments on a PDF

Hello,

I would like to remove the time and date from my comments on PDF files. I have flexible working hours, and I don't think it concerns my colleagues that I prefer to work at night or if I want to take a day off during the week and make it up on the weekend...

Does anyone have a solution, please?
