Hello,

I am trying to access the settings for the graphics card on my laptop, but when I right-click on the desktop, the AMD Radeon settings do not appear. (I remember having accessed it before and it used to show up). I was previously on Windows 8.1 and upgraded to W10.

Is there another way to open the AMD Radeon Settings module?

    Hello,

    Try to see if there's an AMD Radeon folder in the start menu. If not, use the search function to get the shortcut to the settings.

      Hello, thank you for your response. No, nothing like that appears in the Start menu, nor when I type AMD Radeon in the Windows search bar. I've also looked in the programs, and there’s nothing with a similar name in the computer's programs. It's as if the feature has disappeared.

        I have the same impression. To check if the drivers are installed or not, search for devmgmt.msc in the search bar. In Device Manager, do you see any items marked with a yellow triangle (specifically the graphics card)? If so, can you list them for me or submit a screenshot?

    I am on another computer right now, so I cannot take a screenshot, but there is indeed a yellow triangle on one of the two graphics cards (the one that is not integrated into the processor), and when I open the graphics card's properties, it says that Windows has stopped this device because it has problems (code 43).

      You will need to reinstall the graphics card driver. Go to the Details tab > Hardware IDs and give me the first identifier.

        I couldn't find a driver. Did you copy the identifier correctly? If that's the case, please give me the model of the graphics card as well as the brand and model of your computer.
