You should be able to put it on a USB stick using the software "Rufus".

Well, you download an ISO file of Linux
        e.g.: "Ubuntu"
and then with Rufus you create the bootable USB drive.

    Hello,

It’s probably the digital signature of the drivers that is causing the crash.
If you can boot into safe mode, does that mean it’s entering repair mode?
If so, in settings you can disable the digital signature

If you have access to the command prompt, rename the driver that is causing all the crashes:
    move C:\Windows\system32\drivers\AODDriver2.sys C:\Windows\system32\drivers\AODDriver2.old

Otherwise, if your Windows is not entering repair mode, you will need another computer to create a bootable USB drive.

You can use the MAlekal Live CD: https://www.malekal.com/malekal-live-cd-reparer-depanner-pc-windows/
You can boot into it and rename C:\Windows\system32\drivers\AODDriver2.sys
