Connection crashes when I launch LoL or Valorant

Hello, I have excellent fiber optic internet; I download Valorant at 40mb/s, but as soon as I launch League of Legends or Valorant, my connection crashes. It's impossible to start a game or even browse Google while I'm connected to the Riot Games servers. When I switch to 4G, the game works normally, but not with a connection as good as before since I was normally using fiber. Any solution?

Hello,
In my opinion, there is no solution with your current equipment.
-- The fiber connection must be too fast and exceeds the physical capabilities of your equipment... Overload, or Overflow...
-- Your 4G internet is slower than fiber and accepted by your equipment
-- We don't know what equipment you're talking about here, but to consider the theories, you need to take numerical measurements and protocol readings; it's not with a few text exchanges by the fireplace that a diagnosis can be made.
And at the end of the equations, you will probably need to replace your equipment for higher performance.

It's true that a correct diagnosis like that is complicated, but a few weeks ago I could play with my fiber peacefully, I don't know what suddenly changed.

We need figures, to know the measured speeds at your place and not on Wifi, for example on Nperf https://www.nperf.com/fr/
and you should attach the sharing link of the result here
Even fiber can have variable speeds, not for your applications... but due to the failure of the electronics
