Disable proximity sensor Samsung Galaxy S7

Hello,

I want to disable the proximity sensor on my Samsung Galaxy S7.

I tried: "Dial the sequence *#77692# and if you see 'PROXIMITY: On', press the 'Proximity: Off' button to disable it. Then enable it again," as seen on a forum, but nothing appears.

    Hello,

    It seems that this sensor cannot be easily disabled.

    You need to use an application that will root the device.

    This is obviously very risky.

    There is another solution that involves disabling all sensors simultaneously.
    This may not be very wise. If you are interested, I can explain it to you.
