Hello,

The camera powers on fine but when I try to take a photo or record a video, an error message appears saying "carte SD insérée". If I remove the card the error message is "aucune carte SD détectée".

I figure the SD card might be damaged; if someone has had this problem before, I’d appreciate a hand!

    I just changed the SD card, new message: "format"

    After formatting, the camera works very well!
