Samsung restarts, but unable to enter PIN code.

Hello,

My Samsung A53 has been very slow for a few minutes. So I tried to restart it. But the phone acts like it's going to restart, without reaching the screen to enter the PIN code.
I tried the method with the volume down button and the power button at the same time for more than 8 seconds. But it doesn't work

How can I solve this problem?

    Hello,

    Start by completely shutting down the smartphone.

    You swipe down twice from the top of the screen to bring up the quick settings buttons.
    At the top of the screen, above the time, you have a series of icons, among which is the power off icon.

    Use this icon to completely shut down the smartphone.

      Hello,

      The phone is already "stuck" in reboot mode. Therefore, I can't access anything. I can't turn it off or get to the home screen.
