Akaso V50X sound issue

Hello, I can hear the sound on my videos when I watch them on the camera. But if I transfer them to my iPhone, the video plays but there is no sound. The same happens if I put the micro SD in the computer; I have no sound on the videos recorded on the card. Even though the sound is properly checked in the camera settings. Do you have a solution, please? Thank you.

    Hello,

    Probably a video player issue.

    VLC can play this file on PC. As for the iPhone, I don't know.
