I think you might be a bit confused between MB, GB, and TB.

Are you able to see the photos saved on the computer?
Are they still visible on the phone or have you deleted them?
Do you have a backup in Google Photos? (to check)

But you are not describing the problem.
1) What happens when you try to open it?
2) Is the hard drive of the PC an internal drive? External? Laptop?
3) If you copied, that means the "originals" remain on the S7 (otherwise, it's not a copy but a move).
4) What method did you use to copy from S7 to the PC?
5) Finally, if all the photos come from the S7, have you checked that they are also on your Google account online? (synchronization with Google Photos).

I don't understand how you arrive at a total of 41 TB (terabytes) when transferring photos from a smartphone that only has a few dozen GB (gigabytes) to a PC with a hard drive that is only 500 GB. 41 TB at 9.3 GB per photo makes about 4500 photos.
Can you provide some clarifications and let us know what error messages you get when you try to open them? When you talk about transferring them, can you tell us where you are trying to transfer from and to, and what error message you receive?

No, I'm not confusing it; that's indeed the problem. Each photo is 9.13 GB, totaling 41 TB, which makes any action impossible for me.
I cannot view them, open them, or copy them to my hard drive.

I just extracted the photos from my phone to my PC. I then tried to copy them to the hard drive and realized the size.
I wanted to transfer them to Photobox, same thing, 9 GB per photo.

1) What happens when you want to open?
Impossible, it loads but the screen is black via Windows Photo

2) Is the PC's disk an internal disk? external? Laptop?

Yes, I deleted them after the operation but my photos are still on my phone

Yes, I do have photos stored on Google Photos, my last chance but I don't believe I have everything.

If you have the option to try on another computer, so as not to overwrite anything currently on yours, Samsung has software that allows the transfer of your S7 to a computer. It is here: https://www.samsung.com/fr/support/smart-switch/
If you still have all your photos on the S7 and the program works by providing photos of a normal size, you can delete those 41TB of unusable data and restart the upload.
