Hello, without the owner's account and password, you will never be able to use the phone again. Check with Samsung if they can reset it, of course you will need to provide proof of purchase.
Hello, thank you, it worked well. The phone did not ask for a Google account or password after restarting. But it did ask if I wanted to link it to a new Google account.
Can I therefore hope that it's okay and that the phone no longer has anything from my father's account?
Hello, proceed as follows:
1) Turn off your phone
2) Press Power and Volume + simultaneously until the logo appears
A robot on a blue background may appear with an exclamation mark in a triangle. If that's the case, wait a few seconds
3) Scroll down to "Wipe data/factory reset" using the Volume + and Volume - buttons and press the Home button
4) Scroll down to "Yes" and press the Home button
5) Press "Reboot system now" with the Home button
After the reset, your phone will turn on normally. You will need to set it up for you to be able to use it

After that he can recover his Google account:

Or he can restore his Google account if it has been deleted, but I don't know how long ago it was deleted (after a certain point, it is permanently deleted):
