Antenna issues, no reception of TF1 and related channels

Hello,
Despite evenings of searching, I can't find solutions or explanations for my problem.
I have good reception for the channels (even excellent for 2 and 3) and nothing for 1 and the associated package.
I don't think it's a cable or connection issue, and the antenna orientation should be correct.

To elaborate, I am oriented towards the Pic du Midi, which broadcasts on channels R1:21; R3:24; R4:27; R7:34; R6:36; R2:38.
The decoder (HD terrestrial TNT) has brought some improvement and allows me to see the signal strength and quality. For channel R6, there is 0 and 0. For the others, some channels are a bit low at 54%, knowing that at 50% or less there is no signal.
I read in a forum about an attenuation problem with higher frequencies (and thus channels), but 34 is good, 38 is excellent, so that’s not a valid explanation.

If anyone has the same problem or any idea what to do, thank you.

Hello,

The financial conflict between Canal+ and TF1 has been resolved for some time; Canal+ had exerted pressure by cutting off the broadcast where it had control, CanalSat and FranSat, without ever affecting reception via TV decoders of non-satellite boxes and standard DTT (except for that which is broadcast by Fransat, for viewers who may not have a box decoder by choice or because they are in a white zone, lack an antenna, or have no reception through this means).

Hello and welcome to this forum,

Start by checking the coaxial connections, unplugging and plugging them back in several times to eliminate any potential oxidation; if necessary, redo them properly. Be careful, even the slightest "hair" from the braid touching the copper core can cause problems...
The antenna may have moved as well...
A mobile phone relay may have been installed nearby.
TNT HD is more demanding in terms of quality but also in terms of signal quantity.
The best move if there's still no result would be to install a adjustable mast preamplifier (sometimes too much amplification can degrade the signal); this preamp must be LTE/4G filtered and placed on the mast as close to the antenna as possible.
Here is an example of a good product:

Thank you for your responses.
I see that there is no precise explanation for my problem.
TF1 was in conflict with Canal+, so I didn't have it through that either, but it's resolved now.
I am far from everything, still on ADSL which is too weak for TV (when will fiber be available?) and even the phone signal is very weak (2 bars in the house) and I don't think that this weak 4G could disrupt my signal.
Of course, I tried with a simple amplifier, but there was nothing then; I agree with Andy about the adjustable amplifier.

But I still can't explain why, with 2 close channels, one is excellent and the other is at 0.

But you're welcome, and you still have satellite reception; what do you think?

Hello

I don't remember the history, but due to a conflict between the managers, the TF1 bouquet is only accessible via a box
