Restore a database with .FRM, .MYD, .MYI files

Hello, I made a big blunder with my Mysql database. In fact, I didn't make any backups and my hard drive has died. They were able to recover my Wamp folder. I saw that in the Data folder there is my database with all my tables. These are not files with the sql extension. Can you tell me if by reinstalling Wampserver I can recover my database with its .FRM, MYD, and MYI extensions?
Thank you.

Hello,
The more time goes by... the less people seem to do their own research.....
Anyway...

Hello, on the other hand, regarding the research, I have at least opened several tabs in my browser that I have of course read.
I would just like to have a more detailed explanation from someone who has experienced and successfully resolved this issue.
Thank you.
