Hello,

I need help regarding my device not being recognized on TikTok. I can’t reconnect after logging out, and I don't remember my password. I tried to reset it, but it doesn't work because it says device not recognized. I've tried everything, even sending emails to TikTok and submitting their form regarding this issue, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response. Could I please get some assistance?
